1. Understanding Your Needs
During the initial project phase, Flowerbox Art requires basic information for the design: size & dimensions of required project, type of wall material, sketch, renders and pictures of the project area…
Then, Flowerbox Art delivers at least two sketches with different options of design based on client’s demands. Once the purchase order has been approved and signed by both parties, project is scheduled for production.
2. Design & Production
Our expert team starts drawing the design according to sizes and dimensions shared by the client. After the design is approved, we start executing the design and production.
All our projects are 100% handmade. Once the green material is fully applied, design team makes the finishing touches. Following this process, your work of art will be ready for shipping.
3. Shipping & Installation
Depending on the requested timing, both sea freight or air shipping options are available. Our service for international deliveries also includes customs clearance. Thus, providing a worry-free door to door shipping service.
Installation guides are provided, which can be handled by our teams or the client, depending on their preference.
4. Guarantee & After Sales
